When refunds are available and how to request one.
MAC Cloud is a digital service delivered instantly. Your account is created and your credentials are emailed the moment payment is confirmed.
A refund is available only if both of the following are true: your account has not been actively used (no files uploaded), and the request is made within 7 days of purchase.
Once storage has been actively used, the order is considered fulfilled and is no longer eligible for a refund.
Email info@mac-cloud.co.uk with your payment reference and the email address used at checkout. Eligible refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Creem.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
